Frankie is a social and contemporary dancer who built Studio Move to be the least intimidating dance floor in the city. They break steps down slowly, name every count, and genuinely do not care if you have two left feet. Their classes are equal parts skill-building and dance party.

Lola teaches dance cardio and barre with a background in musical theatre and group fitness. Her sessions are high-energy, tightly choreographed, and set to playlists people ask about for weeks. She will push your heart rate up while making the whole thing feel like a night out.
Classes

Social Dance Basics is the friendliest possible introduction to partner and social dancing, taught with counts, patience, and zero pressure. You will learn foundational steps and lead-and-follow basics you can actually use at a wedding or a night out. No partner and no experience required — we rotate so everyone dances. Wear something you can move in and shoes with a smooth sole.

Dance Cardio is a high-energy, follow-along workout that hides a serious sweat inside a proper dance party. Choreography is simple and repeats, so you can jump in on week one and still feel like a star. It is all about momentum, big smiles, and a playlist that carries you through. Bring water and supportive shoes, and leave the self-consciousness at the door.

Barre Burn fuses ballet-inspired micro-movements with light weights to sculpt and strengthen without the impact. The small, controlled pulses look gentle and absolutely are not — expect shaking muscles and a deep burn. Some movement experience helps you get the most from the cues, but everything can be scaled. Grip socks are recommended; mats, weights, and a barre are provided.
