    Optional email-marketing opt-in. Renders the standardized, compliant opt-in (unchecked, never gates checkout). config carries an optional {descriptor} describing what subscribers receive; the shown disclosure and the text frozen into the consent ledger are built from the business name + mailing address + that descriptor + the buyer's locale. Honoured only when the business has email-marketing collection enabled.
