Consolidated platform-billing state across an organization's child businesses. Sessions subscriptions stay one-per-business (each location keeps its own plan, entitlements, and Stripe Connect payouts); this surface aggregates them and holds the organization's shared billing payment method, which can be applied to every location's subscription in one step.

paymentMethodPlatformSubscriptionPaymentMethodCard on file at the organization level, or null when none has been collected. Applying it to locations clones it onto each child business's subscription as the default payment method.
