Blue Lane Swim cancellation and refund policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits work for registrations, bookings, and purchases with Blue Lane Swim.

Participant cancellations

Participant cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund.

Where a refund is not available, Blue Lane Swim may, at its discretion, offer a credit or the option to transfer to another session.

Cancellations by Blue Lane Swim

If a session is cancelled by the business, affected participants will be notified and Blue Lane Swim may issue refunds, credits, or other make-good options depending on the circumstances.

Refund processing times

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Pass, membership, gift-card, and card refunds can take time to appear depending on the payment method and processor.

Passes, memberships, and gift cards

Passes, memberships, credits, and gift cards are subject to the expiry dates, usage limits, and refund terms shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, gift cards are non-refundable but remain usable until they expire.
