Pulse Strength Collective uses Sessions to manage registrations, purchases, attendance, customer communication, and account access. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide our services, including your name and contact details, registration and booking details, purchase and payment history, attendance records, and any waivers, health notes, or form responses you submit. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Pulse Strength Collective.

How we use your information

We use this information to run classes, sessions, leagues, bookings, memberships, passes, waitlists, and events; to process payments and issue receipts; to send service messages such as confirmations, reminders, and changes; and to keep your account secure. We do not sell customer personal information.

How your information is shared

We share information with the providers that help us operate, such as Sessions (our scheduling and registration platform) and Stripe (payment processing), and with others only as needed to deliver a service you requested or as required by law.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them, such as for tax or accounting purposes.
