Restore Wellness Studio terms of service
By registering for, purchasing from, or attending services offered by Restore Wellness Studio, you agree to these terms and to the policies and instructions communicated by Restore Wellness Studio and its staff.
Your account and information
You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information, keeping your account details up to date, and for activity that takes place under your account.
Registrations, purchases, and payments
Purchases, registrations, passes, memberships, and bookings are subject to the availability, eligibility, pricing, and expiry terms shown at checkout or communicated by Restore Wellness Studio. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Passes, memberships, and credits may carry expiry dates and usage limits as described at the time of purchase.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by Restore Wellness Studio's cancellation and refund policy and by any terms shown at checkout. Please review that policy before booking.
Conduct and participation
You agree to arrive prepared for the service you booked, to follow safety guidance and facility rules, and to treat staff, facilities, and other participants respectfully. Restore Wellness Studio may refuse, cancel, or end participation for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.
Health and assumption of risk
Some activities carry inherent physical risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are in suitable health to participate, for disclosing relevant conditions where requested, and for participating within your own limits under the guidance of staff.
Changes
Restore Wellness Studio may update its services, schedule, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted or otherwise communicated.
